Returns and Exchanges

  • Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on ice cream or desserts once opened.
  • Defective or Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately at (781) 393-5959.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for any refund or exchange.

Refund Process

✅ Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders and specialty cakes are non-refundable once prepared.
Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for returns.
